Account information — your name (optional) and email address when you sign up or purchase.
Study activity — your course progress, quiz scores, flashcard status, notes, and XP, so we can save your place and show your stats.
Payment information — processed entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number; we receive only confirmation of payment and basic billing details.
Usage data — basic, privacy-friendly analytics (e.g., page views) to understand how the product is used.
To provide and maintain your account and course access; to save your progress across devices; to process purchases and grant the right access; to provide support; to improve the product; and to send essential account emails (such as password-reset and access confirmations).
We rely on a small number of trusted providers to run CramPass: Supabase (database and authentication), Stripe (payments), and Vercel (hosting and analytics). These providers process data only as needed to deliver the Service.
We use essential cookies to keep you logged in and to operate the Service. We do not use cookies to sell your data or for cross-site advertising.
We keep your account and study data while your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing us.
You can access or update your information from your account, or contact us to request a copy or deletion of your data. To stop using the Service, you may close your account at any time.
CramPass is intended for adults pursuing professional licensure and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
