If you’re not satisfied with CramPass, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase. No complicated hoops — just email us and tell us it wasn’t the right fit.
Email support@crampass.com from the address you used to purchase, with the subject “Refund request.” We’ll process approved refunds to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days (your bank may take a little longer to post it).
The guarantee applies to your first purchase of a plan within the 30-day window. We may decline refunds in cases of clear abuse — for example, repeated purchase-and-refund cycles, or sharing/ redistributing course content in violation of our Terms.
Once a refund is issued, the related course access is deactivated. You’re always welcome to come back and purchase again later.
